A great offering from Moon

Had my first shave with this soap this morning. Cushion was good and the slickness was top notch with plenty remaining between passes. Irritation was very minimal after a 3 pass shave. The description of the scent is accurate and the scent itself invokes memories of being on the the Oregon coast in my 20s. The scent is as strong as I have experienced with some other soap makers but in my opinion that really works here as the evergreen could get over whelming. I was also pleasantly surprised when I noticed it was a 6oz of soap. I'm very pleased with the value for the price. I will definitely be trying some of Moon's other offerings.

Lathers and performs great, excellent residual slickness. The scent is wonderful, you really feel like you’re out in the forest.

They finally did it

This is my fifth Moon soap and although they perform at the top level, I was always reluctant due to the smell of the base inside. I always thought (as my personal opinion) that this is something that could be improved at Moon. It seems they succeed with Astoria and maybe I'm wrong, but it feels to be slicker and more protective as the other ones I have. Good Job Moon and thanks Maggard for sending it to Europe :)
