I recently purchased a digital gift voucher for my Mum who has recently started using the Natural Colour Works salon. I had to make two enquiries about the voucher, once by phone and then by email. On both occasions I was very happy with the service provided, friendly and informative. I didn’t have enough time to wait for a physical gift voucher to be ordered in for me, but I was later reassured that the digital voucher could be used both in the salon as well as online.
