Quality doesn’t match picture

I was disappointed to find that this banner was not actually white (it’s off-white). It was also not checked for quality control as a couple of the letters were an odd size and overall, it just looked handmade (in a bad way). I did not think to inspect it in detail before leaving on a trip to use it. When we hung it up I became away of the inconsistencies. When I returned for a refund, I received no communication or refund until I followed up months later about it. The owner said because it was not in the original packaging, she would not refund the full amount, despite it being of an inferior quality and not as pictured, which was the entire reason I reached out in the first place. I found one on Amazon that is actually white and with consistent letter size.
