UPDATE: their costumer service is excellent, they reached out to me because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my bracelet, they sent me a prepaid return label to send back the original bracelet and they sent me a new one with the correct gold tone! I absolutely ADORE this bracelet!! Thank you so much! I love the style of this bracelet but the yellow tone for the gold is super orange! None of my 14k jewelry looks like this and not even my 18k jewelry has this orange tone to it, I’m a little disappointed because of that but they don’t accept returns so I’ll just keep it and maybe I’ll get use to the different tone.
