The RICINA, Teak Shower Bench, Teak Shower Stool, 30 Inch, Rustic Gray Finish

Received this bench almost a month ago, upon opening I noticed that it isn’t grey but more so a white washed wood color. I saw other reviews say the same but I thought over time it would grey more but it looks like the color on it is a finish so it may never change. Another thing I noticed is that there is multiple cracks in the finish and over this past month of usage they are growing. Another thing I noticed was when I turned it over there is a lack of hardware. Many screw holes are missing screws (I’m unsure if that’s normal). I sent a email to TeakCraft’s customer service team for the lack of hardwear and cracks in the finish on June 5th and they never responded. Overall, I think the craftsmanship could be better especially for the price. I feel like it looks cheap with the cracked finish. I do hope it lasts a long time like it’s supposed to. I unfortunately don’t recommend this brand as it’s a bad sign when they don’t care to respond to a recent customer’s concerns.
