Wuality is not good

I asked to return the size L dress and replace it with an XL. The second dress is the same as the first one and now I have two dresses I can't wear! Conveniently, there is no size tag on the dress but I can tell it is the same size by trying it on. And . . . on the email where you charged me for returning it, it says the replacement should be an XL . . . when it is not! So tell me what I am supposed to do with TWO dresses I cannot wear!! This is a fiasco and I will never order anything from you again. I have spent about two months trying to purchase this dress!
