shipping reliability?

I ordered 5 boxes .30 guage of varying lengths. Product was great and would give it 5 stars. For service, I received package with one box(.30 x 50mm) missing. They rectified the issue by sending the item without having to pay the shipping fee again but not after I had to spend money to buy a different box of .50 mm from a local supplier here in Edmonton because, it takes 3-5 days for item to get here from Remington medical.
