I came upon some wildcrafted sage tea when I visited Ikaria over a year ago. I got sick on my trip and I drank the herbal teas there as if they were medicine. Inevitably, I ran out of the stash I brought home with me, so when I discovered Greek Superherbs sold it, I didn't hesitate to buy. This is now a staple in my evening routine and every cup takes me back to Greece and fills me with joy.

This is a delicious herb that I use in my Tuscan vegetable soup!! The Greek sage is my key ingredient, adding a fragrant, earthy, and vibrant faced profile to my soup!
