Small Kit

Firstly, it took a little over a month for my order to actually even be posted, in which time I moved house, I asked for my order address to be changed before shipping and was told that it would be, no worries. This wasn't the case, the parcel was delivered to my old address which I no longer have access to. I've reached out about it multiple times over the last couple of weeks, however have not received a response.
