Full disclosure; I was a bit wary because I had a lot of trouble finding a US dealer with a decent price for this desk, and I'd not heard of Hollywood DJ before. I decided to go for it, knowing I could always just dispute the charge if this were to be anything shady. I'm EXTREMELY glad I did. The customer service team was very quick to respond when I asked about the shipping time, and better yet, the desk was shipped out the day after I purchased it. It arrived perfectly packaged and in immaculate condition. These guys are genuine, and I'll definitely be back.
