Nice boot; but. . .

They are at least half size larger than what I wear. I am a true 8. 5 in 98% of shoes; but, I need a size 8 in this. They will work with two pairs of wool or thick sock. Good quality; however, they do not have the 'EXTRA' ankle protection that I read in the description or in one of the reviews. They are lightweight and easy to walk in. The front sole is catches on my gear shift because it is so thick; so, that is taking a little getting used to.
