Heroes of Barcadia Summer Booster Pack

This product is advertised all over as having a promo card that comes with it. I bought mine during the promo period, didn’t receive the card. Emailed customer service, they couldnt care less. Stated and proved that I’ve been supporting the game through the kickstarter and purchased every expansion and add on ever released. They still couldnt care less. No response to showing the receipts of all my many purchases, instead they buried their head in the sand and ignored me. Petty, trash customer service. Will not support going foward. I’ve spent $520 on this game, and they act like I’m trying to rob them by asking about the currently advertised promo card I didn’t receive. Hope the “$5” promo card was worth losing someone whos bought every expansion and add on since 2023. 👍
