Staple of my game now

Since learning the techniques in this video, it's now my go to method when in half guard. I found it to be really effective and well demonstrated.

Great Great Great

Only downside is it is mainly focussed on the Gi. The No-Gi Techniques are in a seperate instructional. Also Great filming, multiple angles. Anyone who plays half guard MUST watch this.
