Quality of their product is on point. Took a while to ship and USPS never never scanned the label. I reached out and got a response within minutes. I was made aware that this does happen and shouldn't be worried. I finally got a notification that it was delivered. LS customer care was exactly what it should be. I will absolutely buy more products either direct or at events.
