If Legends Could Get them Delivered…..

I have been dealing with Legends, losing two pair of Luka Shorts I purchased. As of this feedback, they are trying again, it will be a third attempt. So I cannot review my latest purchase until I actually get them. Customer service was responsive but agonizingly slow. They finally felt sorry for me and issued me a $40. Gift card. I am going to try and use that today, we will see what happens. I have three other pair of their shorts and I like them, but this latest experience will have me looking at Birddogs.

Love the Luka line. Ordered these online. They actually sent the wrong size(mislabeled), but their great customer service sent the correct size out immediately. Great product, great service is how it should be!

Legends really needs to fix their shipping

It’s been months since my initial order. The first order got lost with fedex and legends made me wait to see if it would show up. Since then they have sent another order and it has almost been a month and it still hasn’t arrived and the new estimated delivery got updated to 2 weeks longer. Seems like everyone has the same problem. They need to change their shipping to usps or ups. FedEx is costing them money…
