Sleeves are too short!!

I’m 6’2” and 210 lbs and originally ordered an XL jacket. When it arrived, the sleeves were about 2 inches too short, so I returned it and requested an XXL. Unfortunately, the replacement that was sent was another XL. I tried it on just to see if it might fit differently, but the sleeves were exactly the same—still too short. I have not yet had the chance to try the XXL, but I’m hoping the sleeve length will finally be right once I receive the correct size. On the positive side, the weight of the jacket is exactly what I was looking for. I just wish the sizing and order fulfillment had been more accurate.
