broke after one wear

Unfortunately, after one wear the hoop broke and fell off. I could not find it, and so I only have pic of the piece that attaches to ear. It was lightweight, and looked nice, but I can’t be worrying about a flimsy earring at an event! Getting a refund / replacement doesn’t seem likely, but will try again…
