The only product I depend on

I care quite a bit about mold on framing lumber, and in remediation jobs. This is the best product I've found, and really nothing else I've tried comes close. The number of times I've used this and it renders the situation completely and entirely restored -- even for sensitive folks -- is quite incredible.

Professional cleaner

Most crawlspace companies use a peroxide based cleaner. That’s basically what this is. Spray it on mold, stains, etc, this will actually make your wood look like new. It worked like a charm. And like others, some mold spots did require 2 treatments, but it does clean it, and does a good job of it

Instructions Could Clarify Mixing Protocol

I mixed the products in a 5 gallon bucket and used the mixture immediately in about 50 degrees in crawl. Applied to joists by brush. Saw very little results. It did not seem to penetrate wood and even lighten mold staining. After posting a review a Crawl Space Ninja rep indicated the products need to be mixed in the original gallon jug and not into a 5 gallon bucket. Also a sprayer is supposed to be the preferred application over a brush. If I were to use YCS cleaner again I would use the 17% peroxide product they call Pro Cleaner which is twice the strength.
