Lowe’s Vapor Barrier Tape vs. Crawl Space Ninja Tape, Not Even Close! I paid around $80 a roll for the vapor barrier tape from Lowe’s, and honestly, it was terrible. It was difficult to work with and didn’t perform the way I expected, especially for a project where you need a reliable seal. I switched to Crawl Space Ninja tape, which was only $37 a roll, and the difference was night and day. The Crawl Space Ninja tape was amazing to work with, held much better, and did exactly what I needed it to do. It’s crazy that the less expensive product outperformed the one that cost more than twice as much. If you’re encapsulating a crawl space, save yourself the frustration and money. I highly recommend Crawl Space Ninja tape over the stuff sold at Lowe’s!

Works great! Love that it’s white as it makes it much easier to see on black poly in a dark basement.
