Good product, room for improvement
I think this is a very good product, albeit an expensive one. For the money, I think the magnet should be stronger and perhaps there should be an additional means of keeping it attached to the board, like a strap or some kind of locking mechanism it could fit into. We capsized on a river and almost lost both of our tumblers (thank God they float), but we did end up losing the lid and straw to one of them. Bote kindly sent me a new lid and straw at no charge, which was much appreciated. Great customer service.
