Bought this bag to store and keep sourdough bread fresh. Certainly did that ,although sad that the lovely tough crust softened too but only to be expected. Well designed bag. Like the extra space the gusset provided and overall was very roomy. Best of all a British manufacturer , important too and just what I was looking for. Will buy again.
