The service provider was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. She went above and beyond by letting me know that a box of knives I had accidentally left at another stand had been returned to her. I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent service!

We always bring in our Japanese knives for sharpening to Knifeware where they were originally purchased. The staff do a great job! Thank you! Can't wait for the new larger location!
