Pretty Rubber

I think Toskavat is an experience more so than a perfume you wear for the day etc. I feel like I’m in an abandoned playground whenever I wear this. It smells like pretty rubber : the best way to describe it. If that’s not your thing, completely understandable. I personally wouldn’t buy a bottle just because I’m into cold flowers and more metallic oddity but, I really did enjoy the experience and how a scent like this can transport you to an environment somehow.

Story matches the fragrance

Toskovat’ has done a good job of relaying this fragrances story through its notes. You get a very nostalgic sweetness, that becomes cut by a very synthetic rubber smell… like bubblegum and tires.

I am on a mission to collect, decant and smell every Toskovat fragrance. I am slowly getting the ones i can find avaliable (not easy) in the mail and i was so happy to see that Scent Split had gotten some in stock!!! I bought every scent they had. THIS IS SO WERID....but in a good way. Right off the bat the metallic and gasoline accords were in my face...and screaming. I immediately was like "Oh h3ll naw" but then came the dry down. It was so pleasantly sweet and i got more of the bubble gum and cotton candy. The more it dried the sweeter it gets, and honestly, to a wearable level. I went from eww to OMG I LOVE THIS. in a matter of minutes I love that all Toskovat fragrances have a back story and i read every one while i sample the scent. What intriged me the most about Age of Innocences was the story, and they nailed it.
