Easy to set up and tracks well

A very nice kayak - easy to go from my car trunk to the water, and it tracks well. Using a Tucktec since 2023, also bought from OVAP, I’m picky about how fast and easily a kayak gets me on the water. Scott was very knowledgeable and patient in guiding me to the right Oru model. The staff in the office were also very friendly and helpful. Now with both a Beach LT and a Tucktec in the trunk, kayaking is even more fun.

Great experience with the kayak demo

We are very happy with the experience of trying before we buy. Scott was extremely patience and helpful in answering all of our questions (usage, maintenance, wear and tear, possible trips..etc). I have watched many and many ORU related videos before the demo, but nothing beat the actual feel and experience of using the products. At the end, my husband and I bought 2 Beach LT. The ladies at the store are also very helpful in guiding us on choosing the right accessories. I would highly recommend the OVAP demo program and the store. Bonus - visiting Arnprior and trying the kayaks on the Ottawa river - amazing.

I absolutely love this fold-up portable kayak! It was easy to assemble, and I was surprised by how sturdy and stable it feels once it's on the water. It's lightweight enough for me to transport on my own, and I really appreciate that it folds up small enough to fit in my vehicle without needing a roof rack or trailer. I've used it on calm lakes and have found it tracks well and is very comfortable for spending a few hours paddling. The quality has exceeded my expectations, and it's been a great way to get out on the water without the hassle of storing or transporting a traditional kayak. If you're looking for a portable kayak that's convenient, well-built, and fun to paddle, I highly recommend it. It has made kayaking much more accessible for me, and I'm looking forward to many more adventures with it.
