Lavender Flavoured New Forest Shortbread - Box of 8

Lavendar not my favourite flavour-maybe could do with some food or drink pairing advice from the company but they are lovely on their own they are a bit wasted if drinking tea or coffee with milk. My guess is they’d pair well with a herbal or floral tea without milk due to the delicate flavour. I wonder if they’d go with any particular liqueur or spirit? PS Friday 17th Jan-we bought some boxes of shortbread in the Autumn and they were all gone before Christmas.
