I ordered a few pair of pants during the free gift promotion and the cooler bag came with a damaged liner inside the cooler. I was able to call customer service and was kindly greeted by a REAL person that took care of me by replacing the cooler with another bag!

These are my favorite new pants! Worth the money and very excited that duckhead is back on the scene! Very nice products!

First pair and I love them

They look good and fit perfectly EXCEPT for the fact that Duckhead doesn't offer 29 in inseams as many others have noted. No star subtracted for that, and I will buy again. Fortunately, my wife knows her way around a sewing machine.
