We would absolutely buy from Formal Dress Shop again. We had found and tried on the dress locally but the price, shipping and exchange was still more reasonable than buying it here. When we put the order in, we forgot to change the dress colour to what my daughter wanted. I contacted customer service and they were able to change the dress for us and we still received it within two days of ordering. They were prompt and totally understanding. Absolutely fantastic!
