FIFA World Cup 2026™ Seattle Host City Poster

This shipment was a nightmare! These 6 posters were supposed to complete my host city set for my newborn sons Birthday, instead, they sent 3 protective tubes only with two posters shoved inside each tube and broke the sealed packaging for 3 posters in order to put in 3 completely unprotected posters. I had to become an investigator just to even find them because I thought they didnt ship them. Almost all the posters ended up having damage because of the way they were packed! I have asked them to replace the entire order, have submitted multiple pictures in my customer service email and I am still waiting to hear back from them. What makes the situation worse is I was a great customer the entire World Cup. Do better FIFA store, really disappointing!
