happy and healthy
They are happy, very active a week later in two 10 gal dirted tanks @ 74 deg F. and doing well. They came wrapped in a wet paper towel in separate little plastic bags...I never saw shipping done this way before but it works well, and saves weight.

2 of 3 arrived dead
I am extremely happy with the snail that arrived alive. He is very small but seems to be thriving. I have not heard back on the two I reported DOA. If I have to pay shipping to replace I won’t replace. I have already found another company that overnight shipping is much less expensive than Splashy Fish 2 day shipping. I have already ordered from the second company and they respond to customer service inquiries much faster.
