This was my first time purchasing a ring online, so I was very skeptical in doing so. I went to Jared initially as that’s where I purchased my wife’s ring & wedding band, but the prices were insane & I needed a ring in a short amount of time. They would’ve taken 2 weeks to get a Tungsten ring in. I found The Artisan Ring just doing a simple google search & they had an insane variety of rings. Very pleased with the detail the site provides regarding shipping, returns, & contact info. Ring shipped on time & when I sent emails with questions, they were very quick to respond. Only issue I had was with USPS, they placed the ring in the wrong mailbox. As you would expect, USPS was very unhelpful regarding this, but luckily my neighbor brought over the package & all was good. Definitely would purchase another ring through this company.
