The hair quality appears to be great. However, the process of getting it the hair by far was the worst experience ever. For starters I purchased the hair with the impression that it was on hand, which wasn’t accurate at all. There’s a 15-20 business day order fulfillment. Which was an inconvenience to me, later I notified the owner.I did not receive the promo that was being promoted. I provided a screenshot of my purchased order & screenshots of the promo discount price, that I did not receive. The owner responded with a thesis statement & partially honored the promotion that was being promoted according to the owner the discount will decrease throughout the sale, but a day later the same promotion increased. False advertisement on the owner end. I was offered a store credit or my cash refund. Store credit was not necessary, because I knew I would not be a returning customer. Leading up to receiving my hair. The owner stated that my order was being processed & will be delivered the following morning. However that in fact was not accurate at all. I texted the owner the following day, after promised delivery time, in the afternoon asking what was the ETA. She stated that it will be delivered 2-2:30 pm. She arrived roughly at 3pm to deliver the hair. Overall, while the hair quality seems to be good, the customer service, communication, fulfillment process, and promotional pricing were extremely disappointing. There were too many inconsistencies. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend purchasing hair from this business there’s other businesses that offer that same product if not better. With great customer service and less of a hassle.
