Shop created a shipping error by inputting an extra number for the zip code. When I contacted them I was met with indignation, as her attitude via email was that "it shouldn't be that hard for the mail service to figure that out". The items are also not as high quality as I feel that the prices reflected, nor the service I received. Unfortunate experience.
