These are great joggers. I sized down for a fit like compression leggings. I have them in three colors. They’re great.

I wasn’t sure whether to order a small or medium. I am 6’5” 196 lb and wear a 30 or 31 waist in most brands. I went with the medium and that seems like probably the best choice. It’s very tight in the thighs and has significant extra space in the waist. The small would probably fit my hips but would be too tight in the thighs. These are very stretchy. Update: got a Small pair too. It fits pretty well actually. Both sizes stretch out a bit more with wear.
