Originally, I ran into some issues with delivery. This was due to UPS and not the fault of LUNA. After speaking with someone from the company, they were able to ship out another tank right away and even help out with some spare parts.
The tank looks great and is now cycling! I appreciate the fact that I was able to communicate over the phone with someone vs. just email.
