I ordered a leather jacket as a gift for my partner but her daughters thought it looked too young for her so I then ordered a different style which was delivered to me just one day after London Leather received the original. We found that we had miss measured the size for the replacement but still, London Leather delivered the correct size one day after they had received the return. The quality of each jacket/coat is excellent. Communication from London Leather was excellent and on first name terms. I cannot praise their service and quality highly enough I would rate them as 10 stars.
