Super easy to swap out. Didn't come with instructions but you just have to pop the old mirror off with a little force. The larger size does make it easier to use with less eye strain.

Great start but needs improvement

Looking down (and to the side) is dangerous. If the mirror was placed in the upper quadrant it would be a lot safer. You would still be looking up and forward instead of down and to the left.
