I was asked to write an obituary for my uncle's funeral. After I completed the obituary, I asked my aunt who should I give it to so it can be included in the program. She didn't know. So, I asked who was preparing the program and discovered no one. She asked if I could coordinate with someone to get this done. I started to contact people and get pictures. I also contacted the paster who was participating in the service to get his thoughts and input. I got nothing from him as to who I could contact. I didn't have much time so I decided I would have to do it myself. I had never done anything like this before. I went online and discovered "Funeral Templates. I reviewed the process and some of the videos on the website and decided I would give it a try. I paid the $39 and downloaded the 12 Page Golden Funeral Template. I spent about an hour learning how to use it. After learning how to use it, it went pretty quickly. After I finished it, I had copies printed at Staples. It turned out very nice. The pastor saw the program and was extremely impressed. He told me that the family members will be getting a wonderful keepsake. It made me feel pretty good. Thanks for being there!
