LOVE LOVE LOVE!! The process was seamless and stress-free! I was able to express my vision and see it come to life. My requests were met perfectly and the entire process left me feeling seen and heard! When I received my dress, I was in awe of the quality. And because I was able to add my measurements prior, I needed no alterations. This dress just felt like me. It was quickly delivered from discussion to arrival, an amazing price, and even better quality!

I must admit I was skeptical at first when my daughter saw the dress on Instagram but she fell in love with it. She wanted the bottom altered with layers and a slit so she emailed a sketch of what she wanted. Rose Lu was very responsive to emails and my daughter’s vision for her dress. Her dress arrived approximately 2 weeks after placing the order and in plenty of time for her Prom. The box was small and I was so nervous! We were absolutely THRILLED with the dress. Minimal alterations were needed. Absolutely met my daughter’s vision!! The best surprise was seeing her exact dress featured on Instagram. I cannot say enough about our positive experience!
