T6 Kickstand for KTM & Husqvarna

I like it. Good buy.

I like it. It could have come with a picture to show how the springs went together. It’s not rocket science, but it’s not completely intuitive if your factory springs fell off like mine had. The main bolt was a bit long for my bike(16 500exc) so I trimmed it down and filed the end. I also wish the bolts were either the same size torx heads or a bigger Allen head.They are Allen heads but they seem a bit small for as large a bolt. Those are small niggles though, it is a good solid kick stand that came with springs, which was the main reason I needed one to start with. The finish seems to be holding up pretty well, and the styling is kind of factory looking which I like. The price was great, especially compared to the other things I looked at. Overall I think it was great buy just wish there would have been a picture online or included the showed how to put the springs on would have saved me 15 min fiddling around.

A very nice product for a reasonable cost

Mt kickstand jumped ship the other day. I never was one to replace a perfectly good item for something that looks cool. But in this case it didn't break my heart to find the very nice looking anodized orange kickstand at Rippin Moto. Compared to other offerings it was priced very reasonably. It showed up fast looking fantastic and it appears to be a quality unit. It's a little confusing installing if you've never installed a kickstand and directions might be helpful - it came with none. But, it took maybe a few minutes of deductive reasoning and I got it. I think The key is to space the little pivot arm away from the stand itself using the supplied bushing and screw. And there's a few spare parts, I would imagine for other models of KTM. Overall it's money well spent for something that works as well as stock but looks better.
