Love the swimsuit. Customer Service, not so much.

Love my suit. Nicely made and love the print/fabric. I paid extra for an “easy return” as I’d purchased 2 suits of different sizes and knew I’d be returning one. Not sure what I paid extra for?? No mention of this in making the return, no return label provided, and what’s worse, apparently $15 less to be credited?? The suit is not yet on sale? So I’m out around $19 PLUS shipping to make the return. NO response from customer service. I’m disappointed and perplexed. Poor business practice - beware.
