I purchased a pair of shears because I was replacing a lost pair. After receiving my shears I noticed a defect in the coating so I contacted customer service and within minutes I was replied to and being told that they were going to send me a shipping label to return the pair they sent and that they were sending out another pair. Great customer service and didn’t expect anything less.

Heavier and sturdier than standard issue trauma shears. Lots of color options to choose from, and optional laser engraving. Five stars! Offering a first responder discount would certainly attract more fire/medical/police personnel!
