Great communication, shipping, and packaging. Construction can be a little confusing at first, but once everything is laid out, it comes together nicely. The materials are high quality, the canvas is sturdy, and only ran into 1 hole alignment issue when putting it together ( which in itself is impressive!). The North South rail add on works great with my Thule Rack system. I drive around with the panels rolled up and the magnets work great to hold everything in place. If installing on a Frontier, you need to remove your Utilitrack system to clamp down the canopy, but can add it back later if needed. Highly recommend.
