Very well designed excellent quality fasteners and great quality finish.

Best soft topper out there wish the top rack would have cross bars and bigger but it will do plus it was fast shipping.

Great concept/product; poor quality control

Several pieces of the frame arrived with scratches/nicks, but the packaging was in good condition. This makes me think they were damaged when putting into the packaging. They are minor, and this is to be used on a truck/outdoor use, so I can get over it. I’m sure it will see more over the years. What has me upset is the rubber strip/pad that is on the bottom rail between the frame and truck bed, was that installed on the side! Cannot believe it arrived this way and should be so simple to see the error based on the pre-installed rivets. I had to buy some and install myself. For sure an inconvenience! Feel like this issues should not happen when you pay what you do for a product like this.
