Extremely disappointed with CosmoGlo. I spent over $500 on an XL lamp, waited almost a month and a half for my order to finally arrive, and after all that waiting they sent me the WRONG lamp. I received the regular size instead of the XL that I actually paid for.
For a product this expensive, this level of service is completely unacceptable. After waiting that long, I expected my order to at least be correct. This has been a huge inconvenience, especially because I purchased this equipment for my business and was depending on it.
At this point, I do not want a replacement. I want a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from CosmoGlo, especially if you need your equipment within a reasonable timeframe and expect to receive what you actually paid for.

The arched light provides the same amount of light on both sides of the client as opposed to other lights that only reach halfway
