Very simple and easy to apply, however, you need really sharp scissors to cut it because of those reinforcing threads! Adhesive seems pretty good on the "HyperD 300" fabric I applied it to (PU coated 300 denier polyester), we'll see how well it performs over time.

Sticks great and im sure it’ll keep the rain out. Nice touch having the reinforcement in there too
