Marble Shaving Bowl - Gray

Beautiful bowl!

The bowl is very nice and a great replacement for a wooden one my husband has been using for years. The inside has ridges on the bottom half which are helpful for holding bar soap. I ordered the shaving soap but realize it is not in bar form so will order that next. The bowl looks nice staying on the counter.

OK but too Shallow

I bought this shaving bowl hoping the heavy marble would keep my lather warm and it does OK at that. But the size and shape of the bowl is not ideal. It's a bit small and too shallow which limits how much lather I can make and causes it so slop over the sides, making a mess. On balance, I like the heavy marble and would look for a bowl like this, but cannot recommend this particular one. It works but annoys me with the mess.

Solid, well-made, looks right at home on my marble counter.
