Very Disappointed in The Territory Ahead!

I've been a loyal customer for years until now. I recently received an A-List Crew which had some defects/spots on the front. I submitted an exchange request with an auto reply saying to wait for email with return label. 3 days passed with nothing. My emails went unanswered with the exception of one AI reply. Multiple calls to customer service would disconnect after holding for minutes. Finally got a live person who said they can't print labels so I need to return at my expense but would be reimbursed, I'll believe it when I see it. Not what I'd expect from a Budget company and certainly not from The Territory Ahead. I guess it's time to find a new go to company for quality products and service.

Very full and soft shirt. Should hold up well.
