NFL Chicago Bears Bear Down Driver Headcover

Edit: a few hours after posting this review, the support team reached out and apologized for missing the emails. They shipped the original purchase and refunded the money. I appreciate the gesture and hope that this was just a one off. They shipped the wrong item. I have sent 5 emails to them over the last couple weeks and havent gotten a single response. Ive included pictures of what i ordered vs what i recieved. Nothing. Ive sent in a return request. No response. I think these headcovers are really nice and i still want the one i purchased but i cant get anyone to respond to me. Maybe the email response guy is on a two week vacation? I would love to change my review if there is a reasonable explanation.

The attention to detail is great. Got it for my uncle as a gift, he loved it. Arrived in a timely manner even with the holidays.
