Tastes great. And I like the thickness as it takes awhile to eat (with a spoon!), which makes it last longer. Great for me, as am on the fodmap diet it fits all the criteria

I've been using the MyPause Vanilla Slim Down Shake daily and absolutely love it! The vanilla flavour is delicious, it's really satisfying, and it keeps me feeling full for hours. It's helped me maintain my weight without feeling like I'm missing out. My favourite way to make it is with ice and coconut water—it tastes so creamy and refreshing. It honestly feels more like a treat than a healthy shake. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I really enjoyed the shakes. Because they include prebiotic fibre, they’re not only filling but feeding good gut bacteria so that’s a huge win! The texture is thick, which as an unexpected consequence of this, enables you to slow down instead of quickly consuming. The flavour is great - so many of these types of products are pretty yuk, but this is delicious!
