Acoustic Wooden Wall Panel

I love them, so I have decided to do more walls.

Packaging is subpar. Product arrived damaged

I ordered 6 boxes and 5 out of 6 packages arrived damaged. I can't blame the shipping company either. The length sides were protected greatly with proper corner protectors, but the short ends were left exposed with thin carboard. This is where all of the damage occurred on all of the damaged packages. Luckily I'll have to cut to fit my wall, otherwise I would have rejected all the packages. One box was so bad that one of the wood slats was missing about 6 inches from the end. The box itself is super thin and there is no protection on the inside of the box. Inside the box the wood panels have a thin clear shrink wrap only. If I needed the entire length of the wall panels and I were not home to receive the packages would have been left at my doorstep for me to deal with a return. These are 8' long boxes. Imagine having to return those without a truck. I will be extremely hesitant about ordering more in the future despite how beautiful they look. It's disappointing considering I am an acoustical contractor and was hoping to add this product to my lineup. I could not afford to wait for a replacement shipment on a project in the field.

Shipping horrible

My order was delayed. Then 25% of it came damaged. I’m still waiting for replacement boxes to be delivered.
